Dear Readers,
The wonders of technology mean I get to connect with you from the past into this time today when you’ll receive this. I’m staying on this beautiful hilltop in Wales and it will probably be raining, even if hot dry and sunny in London.
So as there are no group classes this week (they start again on Monday 15th August) I thought I’d send you another video and an audio relaxation so you can keep up your practice in between. The audio relaxation is about welcoming your body, however it might be today. Achy, sore, energised or stressed, tired or wired welcome it all with this relaxation practice. Just lie down and press play!
The following class is short with a relatively long relaxation at the end. It will be both energising and soothing and is safe if you have mild back pain as long as you listen to the instructions and your own body. Enjoy!!
In September I’m starting Monday Zoom Holistic Yoga, which will be a Hatha yoga class, designed to shed the stress and strains of the day and prepare you for a peaceful night’s sleep. This is a stronger class than the Tuesday Holistic Somatics, ideal for anyone with stress, anxiety and/or insomnia. It’ll run from 7:30pm until 9pm BST, but the booking app let’s you book in your own timezone.
I’m also starting another yoga for back care course, this time it will be all in person. Dates, days and times to be announced soon!
